The Cordova School District is committed to the role technology plays in connecting our students to the world and preparing them for the future. Students in grades 7 through 12 take part in a 24/7 one-to-one laptop program. Our teachers implement other emerging technologies in the classrooms to help facilitate learning across the curriculum such as: iTouch personal handheld computers, SmartBoards, Senteo Handheld clickers, wikis, blogs and cloud computing.
District-wide implementation of PowerSchool has been integral in keeping parents, students and teachers connected regarding assessment in timely fashion. Parents may log onto the PowerSchool interface by clicking this link.
Keith Zamudio is the Director of Instructional Technology. Further information about Instructional Technology including information about the one-to-one laptop program, internet safety, and policies involving technology can be found at the Instructional Technologies Website.
