We just completed the movie Jurassic Park, which showed the cloning of extinct animals and their struggle to survive in a man made world. Your task is to reflect both on the human controls in this movie and the adaptations of nature. The underlying theme of the movie is an ongoing conflict between man versus nature. In a well developed essay POST, reflect on whether or not you think it is okay for man to clone extinct or even endangered animals, harmful like the T-rex or not? Also, explain whether you agree or disagree and why with Dr. Malcolm when he says that nature cannot be contained and that the evolution of life will “always find a way.”
Be sure to look back at the notes you took during the movie and back up your opinions with examples, facts, and/or statements from the movie for full credit. Your post should be a minimum of 3 well developed paragraphs with complete sentences and correct spelling & grammar. Create a catchy title and place it in the Thinking Critically category!
